Well, we just spent an extra week trying to fine tune our strategy for this fight and finally got this boss down. It's not that this fight is difficult, but it tests us where we're weakest. So far, I can say that everyone is enjoying the content Sunwell has to offer. The difficulty is where it should be and its definitely fine tuning our guild to where we want and should be. Next up are the Eredor Twins. I'm sure the guild's excited since this will probably be the only opportunity they'll have doing two chicks at one time.
Wow...just fuckin wow. This guy is such an immense gear check and rtard check its no wonder the guilds farming BT/Hyjal the last 8 months got him as quick as they did. Us, no way we like to systematically fuck ourselves in every way shape and form until we feel that we can get the perfect kill. But it wouldn't be perfect without an enrage and the big fuck wiping out half our raid right!? Anyways, hot shit guys, you guys kept farming and giving your A game and we finally got this guy down. We have no words of wisdom for this dude besides BRING THE LUBE...
After several nights of retuning our original strategy, we finally came up with a good solution to knock out the demon and save Kalecgos. This particular fight tests the raid in a very unique way. Positioning and group makeup is key. The raid is going to be split 1/3rd of the fight, so making sure healers and decursers are staying with the right groups and people are taking their portals is very important. If other guilds are reading up on strats trying to figure this guy out, our biggest input on this fight is to find what works for your raid and do it. It just so happened 2 tanks and 9 healers worked out better for us than 3 tanks and 10 healers. All in all, this is a great first encounter and we can't wait to try out Brutallus.
